Get to know Oslo Clean Tech at OIW

The Oslo region is currently one of the fastest growing areas in Europe. In combination with the transition of the Norwegian economy from oil and gas to new industries this creates exciting opportunities for the region’s business community related to the green shift. Many large cities in the world have a cleantech hub that cooperates transnational. There is a need to investigate the possibilities for how such cooperation can be done in Oslo!
On september 29th 2021, were having a panel debate with business leaders and politicians from the Oslo region. Is there a need for a cleantech hub in Oslo? And how can Oslo Cleantech be relevant internationally?
Opening with Victoria Marie Evensen, The Vice Mayor for Business Development and Public Ownership, in conversation with med Mali Hole Skogen, Director of tech- and sustainability, IKT-Norge.
The panel will consist of business leaders and politicians from the Oslo Region. There will also be virtual greetings from Norwegian Chambers of Commerce from different cities around the world, and greetings from future international collaborators and partners. Speakers include Atle Christiansen from StartupLab Energy, Erik Osmundsen from Verdane, Morten Dæhlen from University of Oslo, Victoria Evensen from the City of Oslo and Maja Busch Sevaldsen from the Norwegian Solar Energy Cluster.
